Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled mentorship session. In such cases, we offer a refund policy to ensure that you are not out of pocket.
If you need to cancel your mentorship session, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you do so, we will refund the full amount of the session fee.
If you cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice, we will refund 50% of the session fee.
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notifying us, we will not refund any amount of the session fee.
We hope that this policy helps to ensure that you are able to get the most out of your mentorship sessions, and that any unforeseen circumstances do not prevent you from getting the most out of your investment.
